Suggestion : You should make 2 uniques spawn at the same time 1 STR / 1 INT and not only 1 unique per hour.

The skills in this mastery get opened depending on the uniques or the titles you have. For example: When you kill TG and get tiger girl slayer title, the TG slayer skill will be opened automatically. Same goes for the other titles/skills. It's just here to tell you what are the titles you have, it's like an inventory for your titles.
