The server is not really job based, job is only required to obtain Ruby Points which you can still obtain from other ways such as Uniques, Survival Pvp War, Job Killing.

Here is some thoughts/suggestions i'd like to share :
- 14 dayz SoM tickets should be UNTRADABLE, otherwise any donator can buy it instead of farming the RP.
- SoM Set & Acc don't show the usage period as the weapon does, (is usage period applied to all som items?)
- It would be more motivating & interesting if SoS has a higher value (like +1.5 or +2) since its gonna be the best gear for quite a while, & SoM something like +3.5/+4.
- HWT uniqz should give RP as all the other uniqz do. Its an instance which requires time & teamplay, so its kinda logic to get RP from it.
- To support more teamplay, i highly recommand to remove completely random BA & keep only PT & Guild BA. It's always better to show how good u are with ur team rather than random guyz who most likely go afk/dc.
- Please remove Dmg Increase/Absorption scrolls & baloons, for *** sake. ch vs ch takes more time to be finished than with EU. adding this is just killing the fun + it mostly advantage donator.
- Instead of having all model switcher available from the begining, what bout removing them for now, & add one degree model every week, so people get tempted to try out a new style & encourage ppl to donate constantly.
- About the balance : i'd suggest to change the mastery limit to 300 & do some changes to magic masteries.
The idea here is to encourage more & various builds rather than the usual ones we see on every CH server.
300 limit will force ppl to use wisely which mastery to go, to achieve that we need the following requirements :

The idea of making HWT more useful is good, I agree.
Cold & Light imbue damages will be changed as well to match Fire Imbue.
Shield idea cannot be applied (SRO Community won't agree on it, even if we do.. a lot will complain. No player can live without shield and can be easily bypassed)
The problem with Model Switching removal, if we put it one by one as you request, without a doubt not all will be able to try d11+ cause most of the people in SRO doesn't stay on one server forever. It'll take 5 months to add all of them which without a doubt is a stupid idea.
Regarding BA => We got ANTI-AFK implemented, so no worries.

Its have been years since I played SRO, kindly can you list these normal builds?
I did search but found that each cap limit has its builds setup.
Also from my memory (that surely needs refreshment and update):
Blader: can't kill don't die
Str bow: is not a good PVP but a good in team fight
etc
2- What is model switcher ?
3- Will mobt work in this vsro?

N1 treat but see some problems ,
- make 1 limit for all ruby no each uniqs , job and ctf , not all can go or have time to hunt uniqs or ctf
- new Title better zerk for job called good , but uniqs like medusa 30% more dmg ? so how can ks first moon spear with +30% title ? and the reward only for the killer not for the Party .s and think 6 x sos drops each medu are very high.

I agree about tickets, we will make 14 days ones untradeable.
SOM set & accessories don't have any usage period it would be so annoying to take care of 12 different items so none usage days will finish so we used this system just for weapons/shields.
It is really hard to change item stats now since we made so many items based on this stats it would take so long.
