Job Penalty Removers need to be implemented into this server as soon as possible. A 7 day penalty is ridiculous for any private server. No one will switch because missing a week of jobbing is not worth it, the server should be 70% trader/hunters to keep the server economy in surplus. The only people benefiting from from this is persons with a high amount of gold bots.

I have to agree with him. U must add job penalty removal scrolls or reduce 7days > 3days to allow job balance in the server.

i have a few suggestions to improve server even more!

1) Reduce job penalty to 3 days or add scrolls

2) New Uniques, a level 80 one in Donwhang cave that drops silver coins instead of unique coins when killed.

3) Add harder uniques that require a party to kill, make it drop mixed coins. Gold, Silver And Unique and immortal and astral. Big hard unique that deserves the effort and time. (I suggest adding it in Hyungeon land, Donwhang City)

4) Slightly Raise Thief gold (money not coins) reward

5) DISABLE MERCENARIES! THEY ARE ABUSED HIGHLY IN JOBBING.. REALLY ANNOYING.
