Can someone fill me in on why the admin does not answer about the eu/chin balance? I might be behind on all the current news so sorry in advance for the ignorance. Is it not decided yet or is it more of a problem that if he says there is nothing done about the OP euro chars, people might not join?

- Increase cooldowns of healing skills
- Increase MP consume for healing cycle
- Increase the "Bless spell" cooldown to 5 min
- Increase cooldown of "Integrity & Innocent
- STR and INT buff only for party member
Wizzard:
- Change "Earth Quake & Blizzard" number of targets from 5 to 4
- Change "Charged Squal" number of targets from 5 to 3
Bard:
- Add "Wizard lightning teleport" skill to bards (level 100)
- Give "Booming wave" a knock back probability with 30%
Warrior:
- Nerf pain & fences
- Decrease Daredevil knock back probability 30% to 25%
- Increase cooldown of Iron & Mana skin to 5 min
- Increase cooldown of screens to 5 min
- Change required items for "Shield Crush & Shield Trash": Onehanded Sword & Shield
- Decrease "Damage Return" to 60%
Warlock
- Increase their damage by 10% (passive magical damage buff)
- Add INT requirement for warlock skills
- Nerf reflect
Chinese

- Increase chinese masteries to 380
- Increase passive damage&defense by 5%
Force:
- Cure skills share the same cooldown
- Add healing and mana orbit
- Add physical and magical defense buffs (like the eu def. buff)
Bicheon:
- Add knock back probability to "Twin Energy Smash"
- Knock down probability from 50% to 45%
- Increase damage of chain skills
Heuksal:
- Decrease Soul Emperor stun probability from 15% to 10%
Pacheon:
- Increase skill damage by 5%
- Add critical chance to "Celestial Beast Arrow"
- Shared cooldown for 5 & 6 arrow combo
- Increase critical of "Strong bow" from 15% to 20%
Imbues:
- Ice imbue damage equal to light imbue

Even tho i think the damage attack/defense increasement is relatively low, I am quite happy with this list. Being the 380 mastery and the cleric personal healing nerfs the most important changes, I could see this work. To give chinese a surviving chance compared to EU, while EU will still remain the optimal choice. This will prevent our turkish brothers from complaining that they will have to change the guild set up :P

The only thing you might look into is giving a serious nerf, or just removing the bard dances, specifically damage increase ones. Since its mainly provided by alt characters.

I would actually also suggest giving CHN chars a weaker form of holy spell as a passive.

just like EON, u'll see the int ch are op cuz of all the cleric nerf and they will fix it after a week or 2 for sure...

I think they did an amazing job with the server and balance but I think they really should increase the passive damage defense in chin characters. Think about it, 5% is not much of a difference, we tried it at some private server some time ago and it really was pretty much the same, you can try it out for yourselves to see that. However, except that, outstanding work, congratulations.
