Sure it was just an opinion
Mine was its fine how it is, if ppl want it im cool with it, but we will see. The max cap dosen´t count at all only, since its very hard to make good gear and takes you time to get ff, but i think its good.

For myself its fun to make a race with my friends for the best gear, be ff and hit cap. Also we have to trade because alchemy will need alot of gold

To keep jobs even more busy i would like to see something like titels or small rewards for the best jobbers

Press A you will see achievement icon, you have to click it -> then you go CLAIM REWARDS and you'll get the sp after the game ports you back to town automatically.

it works btw u get recalled and u gain sp



just hit lv40, got 2k skills, works fine =)

it rewards btw, maybe you didn't pay attention, check how much sp it gives and look at ur skill points, its 100% working btw.
