Thats just a pure nonsense,how am I supposed to play a viable glaiver or blader?bicheon combos are 15% just like heuksal(most of the spells),you cant play a force CH here,since then you miss the other trees....and even if you somehow manage to build a nice tank,nobody will take you in pt/uniques etc cause they'll say you're useless and some other bullshit,they have their wars/clerics.I guess bower is somewhat "balanced" and only the nuker is left to play?I havent checked the euros and probably never will(hate this race) but im pretty sure there isnt many balancing(having higher cd black ress,no buffs while you swap weapons as wiz and some other tiny changes IS NOT BALANCE)

Yeah nonsense..now you can't be a force glavier 24/7 with a shield spamming debuffs vs a nuker till his snow shield goes off, lame yeah, close the server.
Sro-R mastery system is the best balanced, that's why even Isro implemented it.
If you can't adapt to the different builds, there are +724 servers around with old mastery system, so you can enjoy the kral force str chars 24/7 with shield.

As far as I remember the team was open for suggestions/opinions?Balanced?yeah it is for you,because you always will be able to be a wiz/cler or war/cler and do ***** in 8/8 pt WITH NO CRUCIAL CHANGES AT ALL,balanced,yeah.

For future references, you can use this link to download the folder archive of the game instead of the installer: 
The link simply redirects to the Mega.co.nz download link, but people keep complaining that the link is broken, whereas it is actually just EPVP that doesn't work very well with Mega links.

Also EXP rate is fine if you do quests I got multiple level ups from a single quest the only thing that annoys me is the low SP reward at quests
I somehow enjoy doing these quests o.O
