32 should be fine.
What I thought about CTF is, you know you have to steal the flag and put it into your base.
But if your team and you win and got the flag, whats ur price? Nothing right?
So whats the deal of winning this game when the main thing is to kill the other ppl.
There should be also a win-price, maybe 3 name tags for every winner or smth like that.

I think you should repair that bug with skillbar F1, ADD any way to get GDF(Gold Dragon Flag) - any event or sth - for example getting it from jobbing 
Also you need to be a little more active on servers and make it better :v
Increase spawnrate coz atm its very low, make better rewards from CTF or ADD Battle Area or anything else.

I tried out this other server Electus and i must say that Exinta is much more interesting for me.
I like the harder gameplay here on Exinta. Sure here and there are some little quest bugs and they could increase some quests rewards, but all in all Exinta is very intersting...
Electus is very easy to play because you get a full sos equipment each degree. Some people like it but for me it is boring because one player is like the other player. no individuals.. very boring.
Stay at Exinta, it is worth
