But something bothered me, I am not a Turk but i live in Istanbul,so i have the ip Turkish,what i gotto do?

At least be some honorable... Play some other server there are 10000 out there. Why you want to play on a kid's server who is blocking ips per country? Why you are supporting him? Let him cry due to player amount.
