and than he changed sox drape rate

Let me make it clear that I never changed any SOX rates on the server. I only increased the item drop rate to 5x when the server opened. Can you imagine how much sox items are on servers with 100x drop rate?

the reg time is 14:00 by euro time
and 10:00 am by USA time
we reged around 14:00 and it worked fine
Slim could you remove the guild penalty
we wanna make new guild but we have penalty :/

slim i hate to be annoying you over and over again but could you give me a range of time of when this server inspection will be done so I can nap until it opens lol. I really want to get some uniques before other high levels ks them all. I am super tired and really could use a nap...
