i want to play!!! but when click start loading 2min and after 2min not loading and in 2sec...game close... why

i can't login when is on server... because click start and see SRO_Client but wait 10mins and nothing happens

SrStats says it's online. But noone seems to be online, so it's offline? I don't understand it
