With low rates you would encourage such things even more
since its harder to get max lvl = sell max lvl accounts for more $
since its harder to lvl = more botting not less botting

Compare sro now with sro at 70 cap
theres a huge difference of the #-o-botters

even at the beginning of 80 cap there wasnt many botters, most people just botted their own mainchar instead of using 20 goldbots each like now

but yeah there was botters at 70 cap, not many...

Hardly.
Back then you could actually see some servers saying "EASY". There weren't like 500 bots just in town with names like j84ij50g doing nothing, just standing there. I hardly seen any botters on 70cap + the community was nicer

I've played silkroad since 60cap, there were alrdy botter after the first weeks when the server opened, not many cuz the bot were not 4free.
Also nobody were against botters, only GM's blocked them till 70cap.
