2. Learn wtf you're talking about. Proof has been given by over 5 people that he clearly used GPL'ed code.
3. The entire point of the GPL is to do what you just explained. Also, it's a flawed example. Microsoft completely owns Windows, and it's their proprietary code. They hire and pay people to improve it for the next version. In this community, the goal with open-source code is for people to improve what we have and then give it back to the community, not to try to exploit the community to make money (aka, what PAX wants to do).

The game isnt unique on any way.

So you thing Silkroad is "dying" because the game is outdated, so look at games like many 2DRPGs all of them are "outdated".

So Silkroad isnt "dying", or you can see empty servers. yes server are full because there are many gold bots, so why there are gold bots? because there are enough players who buy gold in this game.

You can argue all you want, silkroad is a dying game, the population is around 900 players per server that is real people and not gold bots, and all the gold bots are not from gold sites but idiots that use Sbot and Phbot or what the **** all the bot names is.

i think he is doing a great job to work hard to make a server so all of you can have fun in it.

and i think it is just sad that every time some1 tries to make a server everybody is laughing and calling the person who started the server: a kid who doesn't know what he is doing or retarded

if a good server with about x10 - x 30 rates cost me 50 cent a month i am okey with that.
