make sure you type everything in capital

or just type /LOADMONSTER MOB_ and press f1, and it will open a list of all monster




edit: how can i give myself potions? >.>
i tried /MAKEITEM ITEM_ETC_MP_POTION_05 50 but it doesn't work>.>

Same as D-SREmu achieved and thats public emulator. Any new functions are just hardcoded.
