I've tried to restrain myself from replying, but this has been going on for way too long and I kinda hate it.
More than 3 years have past and you're still asking for it.

This is your own opinion, you're probably trying to expose game design issues all around.
But there is a potential solution,
make your own private server of your liking, like me.
I'm not playing SRO since 2020 but I like to develop stuffs around SRO, in my breaks maybe implementing changes I've seen in other MMORPG games into my local server and who knows? maybe I can finish and publish it some day.

You're just explaining what competitivy means all around SRO private servers because nowadays is much easier to create a server by using any paid filter around. And it got easier than three years ago. People will be looking for a better game content if the current one does not satisfy them enough, that's pretty normal.

Good deeds starts with only one person doing it. You can make way too many things for the community but you're mentally stuck.
You can be streamer, youtuber, tiktoker, redditor and you can still be making changes to the SRO community or at least starting your own community SRO oriented. I mean..
If you really care about charity you can be still be doing your own SRO private server of your liking and donating to the charities all by yourself with no asking because that's the whole purpose doing charity, maybe promoting others to do the same.
If you really care about leaving some legacy, you just start with what you have without hesitation! People will come eventually with more chances to stay in support of good deeds.

So what's the problem at this point? You've been administrator before, running a SRO private server all by your own I can guess.

Of course it is possible, you're already owning a SRO private server.

The amount donated doesn't even matter, any kind of % matters if you're donating to a charity like helping homeless puppies.
By the way, it's contradictory that you're looking for credibility when you know that your donations are right and genuine to begin with, again that's the purpose doing charity, nobody is forcing you to do it.
Anyways, not everything has to start big to make a change.
I have to end with this quote:
“
Saruman believes it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love." - Gandalf (J.R.R. Tolkien)
