Worked with Hypnos in probably 6-7 projects in the last year or so -- he's not a scammer. Wondering where you're getting such information, and why you're only posting such irrelevant screenshots? If you want to make such an accusation, then you should tell your story as well as provide evidence.

My evidence is as I said:
The negative rating on him. That means epvp team watched the case. And they voted for my win - not for Hypnos.
So better keep your mouth and read again and read the thread with the case.

Anyone can make a negative review without Elitepvpers team interference. Only when it is disputed does Elitepvpers get involved. Btw, you also have a negative rating, not even from Hypnos... think that says a lot.

Are you stupid ? Watch the case. They gave me right I proved everything.
Me and Hypnos traded. He gave me negativ and I gave him negativ.
Epvp kept my negativ rating on him and deleted his rating on me.
So you talk **** about „everyone can give negative rating“
Yes everyone can give BUT in this case EPVP Team deleted his rating on me and kept my rating on him cuz he obv. Scammed me!

What are the required server specs needed? I have a root server for my GTA 5 RP server and in case I have to close it anytime in future I would like to get back to silkroad maybe and could keep it running.

I followed this guide and ran the search query in that guide to check if the items were in the database.
The search came back and it showed that the items were in the database so I skipped the step with the query to add items into the database. I moved on to the step with the query to add items into the item mall.
