They should have 2 servers for free and 1 cost to play. (the p2p one should have higher rates)

just add MAC ban... in this way they can't login back even if change IP
also limit registration per IP, I know there are proxy.. but also there are dumbs

if you make p2p.. then add silk shop in game.. where you can change gold for Silk

The best thing to do is to try to work a limit on how many accounts can be registered. And keep registration opening times for short after today..

i would not mind paying a "SMALL" fee to play on that server.... BUT i would say the best idea would be to...
1. put a LIMIT on both servers!!!
2. make a MAC-adress filter for the reg-site,so not allowed to make more then 2 accounts.
3. IF possible, MAC-adress filter for server, so it will automaticly kick the 2, or 3 accounts that are working on that same pc, depending on the max ammount of chars u may have on 1 pc

1) 1 whole day will be register page opened without invitation code needed, but with 1 acc/IP limit,
2) when you register an account, you'll get an invitation code by email, which you can give to your friend to register
3) other day, register page will need an invitation code.
Your friend can register an account with your inv. code, and he gets a new invitation code, which can be used for another registration for another person...
4) he registers and gets a new inv. code which can be used for another reg

you can't filter mac adress on web... only in game you can get Mac.
and is not hard to run a query everyday to get accounts with same MAC and ban them all who have more then 2 accounts.. or even more than 1 account
