2) Why would it matter where I live? 4) Seems you don't know how a simple reverse proxy works, even though you're such an experienced system administrator, let me help you; It proxifies the connection (see, the English language is quite simple, the word itself explains its meaning). This obviously doesn't affect the internal networking, as it only manipulates the packets that come through it, and sends it to the server. Your "idea" (I cringe while calling it an idea, unfortunately I can't find a negative synonym for it) however would require recoding the entire silkroad networking layout, which would be quite pointless as hyperfilter actually works, and it would require people that know what they're doing (so you're out of the equation.)
