In offical Website they write nothing about this

Maybe they are making new server (Foregin) And copy Europian + Non chiness account to it , And old server will still to chiness.. I hope that

Ad hoc can't be good, last time it was an ad hoc maintenance they said they changed the interface, and ad hoc means that it doesn't classify in any other category.
