if any of you who has alredy created silkroad servers wants to help us out since we're inexperienced, lemme know through a pm. cheers.
we're a group of people with experience and knowledge in different fields.
we've known each other for more than 10 years and have worked together in plenty of stuff. we're trustworthy and hardoworking bold people. more will be revealed as time goes.
ps: trying to know our ideas so you can adapt them and use them yourself isn't gonna work, we're inexperienced to the silkroad private servers scene, not to the work scene.
ps2: actually mogget, those things might exist on our server haha
the rates won't be high, there won't be free items, turkish population won't be limited because they're great fun (idiots will be there but there won't be space for retards though, our server will have a kind of "natural selection" community due to a different guild system)
to share some insight on what we're gonna do:
our server will have a small starting pve phase, wich means you won't start at cap and will have to grind a little. it should take roughly 2 days for an hardcore player to reach the cap, wich should be 70.
You'll grind and get certain important items through that lvl1-70 grind phase that you can't get anywhere else. We believe that it's important for you to actually feel some progression and give some meaning to your character. It'll get you more involved in the whole experience and personally, we see that players who have a certain profile, the profile we want, enjoy that journey.
you'll be able to start pvping once you hit 70 and start jobbing right away without getting smashed.
our server's goal is to always have job wars and other group pvping activities going on.
There are different methods of getting better gear from there:
-if you're that kind of player who only wants to pvp after he knows he has a pretty decent set, you'll be able to pve.. by killing top lvl monsters you'll be able to achieve gear that should be among the beggining of level 4/5 (this doesn't mean that there are only 5 lvls of gear, it's just a way to show you how good it is in the entire gear spectrum, we'll let you know more details about our system once we're able to open)
-besides that, once you hit 70 you can also start jobbing right away as i've mentioned. that will be the way to get you to be one of the very best.
Through jobbing you'll be able to get better gear progressively and that gear will cap at roughly 4,5/5.
We believe in a fair and competitive environment but we also believe that the hard workers should obviously have the edge, that edge needs some merith though. Special reputations should be special for a reason, wich means some top things will be very hard to get. This doesn't mean that these players will be overkill, but they will have some more edge than others.
For our players to be able to achieve the best gear.. some special stuff will be going on, only players who combine a particular group of conditions can achieve the best gear. Basically, the very top gear will only be achievable through a special system we'll have. A system that'll be based in pvp activity.
The thing is, any player that gets to lvl 70 will be able to start playing with the best without getting totally smashed. Begginers can group up with begginers and expose some serious threat (basically any begginer equals 1/2 while a player who's been around for a while will have 1,5/2 strenght wise).
We intend to give builds more meaning without tweaking the skills (maybe couple exceptions but not more since our server's gonna be Chinese only), we also intend to make it so the players skill shines through a little more.
There'll be space for more strategy, the server will have its own schedule and life, it'll be a whole different journey based on what made people addicted to silkroad back in the day.
We'll have a server based on something we can have fun on. Meaning if we say that our server is job based it will really be job based. There'll be no farming for items if you do not want it and there won't be any mindless grinding. There won't be much space for botting because you simply cannot get better gear that way. Ofc you can bot for that better than average gear but from there on you'll have to connect yourself to the community.
Pve will be costumized. (Based on normal silkroad but still)
Pvp will be costumized. (Based on normal silkroad but still)
(DISCLAIMER: When i mean customized is that it won't be like ISRO, not that we've changed silkroad's pvp or pve engine)
The community will have a purpose, the playing as well.
There'll be drama, fun, competitiveness. Dynamic social circles will have its own way as well.
We won't give out any specific details until we're able to open a small beta or something like that. We'll open our own forums soon and facebook page.
As i've said before, if any of you who's got experience wants to tag along and help us out, if you proove you're trustworth maybe you can even participate directly, in a way or two. No bullshit will be tolerated and no details will be given, though. Just sayin'.
If anyone wants to check us out with the intention of copying anything we have you'll only be able to do it after we have established our base, from there it's game on, you're free to do whatever you want. Just letting you know that we ain't kids and we ain't playing around, we also don't fancy wasting time, we're expecting you to do the same.
Hopefully any of you can share some nice knowledge or guides or tips or whatever, we'll be able to thank you propperly, we really enjoy teamworking.

I guess at the moment, if you have stable + laggless server and great team, with oldchool (80,90,100 cap), this makes it special  sad, but true, its not about its features.

Hey guys, as the title states I am starting to make my own GUI, it is going to be red with aqua highlights. Basically so far I have Edited Status Page, Battle Power Lists, Items(Inventory) ShoppingMall and Tab, Ninja Skills and Bless.
Problem is I can't find the bottom menu anywhere, the HP, Chat Bar, Skill Slots, Where it sais Conquer, or for that matter any of the other skills like Nado, FB and so on, I have a completely unbatched client but for some reason it seems that half the files in...
