unless they explicitly say so(which they wont), I think is just devs making some stuff and messing things up

I'm pretty sure they have a strong DDOS protection.

But then again, if you open joymax's dictionary, you'll find one page with the word greedy, and about 400 definitions

ya,they say 'free to play' on their website and when it comes to play you need silk to get higher level.

For me iSRO is under constant DDoS attacks. Did you played it lately? Lag is huge, dunno what they ****** up, but its worse than a pserver getting DDoS, lag-wise I mean.
BTW; think that most of the isro network is internal, there are only around 20 servers open to public (agent-servers, and 4 gateway servers). It's easy to protect only an small amount of servers, since everything else is internal.

DDoSing a relatively big company isn't really worth it(unless it's a really big botnet ofc)
Such companies usually have a good hardware firewall(Cisco has some really good HW firewalls e.g. ASA 5585-X with SSP60) + a high bandwith so a plain DDoS won't have any effect
I doubt that anyone would try that
@Synx: That lag obviously comes from the long distance

I log in from time to time to get some information about packets and it's always laggy.
it didn't get worse imo
It also depends on the time you log in.
If you play during a time, where many people use this specific connection to asia(or to the city Joymax' headquarters are located), it will be more laggy ofc

since is an International version, never understood why both korean and international versions are, territorial speaking, on the same place
they should have a better location for the same reasons
