Any one with little common sense can easily check to see if it is the real admin or not. You can just ask him/her to login game and use admin notice. saying something you want to confirm. For money, i am sure admin wouldn't mind to spare 2 to 3 mins. You should see a message "(notice) message" or something. Normal player can't do that.
Anyway, here is an ICQ or QQ number, might be admin, found it on the same ads as the reg page for SJSRO. Make sure you check to see if he/she is admin before you send money.

NP, i found it is a little odd for a chinese to still use ICQ, since QQ is a bit too popular in China. Anyway i am not chinese so i can't read either, i have been hanging out with enough chinese to know about it. I double checked and that number is a working QQ number. The guy is online. As for whether it is really admin or not, i don't know. Don't ask me to talk to him/her though.
