the registration is open but i cant make an account anyway :S i triyed everything and nothing! can someone help me?

the problem is i triyed every for register and i cant :S email with _ - . and without or hotmail,gmail,yahoo what ever... ids with numers, letters,numbers and letters and all kind of **** but i cant register i got this error :

Thanks for the website, I registered. I used a hotmail e-mail and it worked fine.

open from 3am to 9am gmt +0 ( for your time: for example gmt +1: 3am+1h and 9am+1h and so on...)

i think the opening time is just random cos the page is open now and i have just made an acc. and its 15:15 gmt+1
