first, it should work(try using compatibility settings)
second, why you are using that wannabe improvement of OS
if I were you, I would use win7 instead(IMHO)

1- Doesn't work, the error im getting is "The data area passed to a system call is too small"
2- As I got windows 8 proffesional free, I just wanted to try it and it works really good for now, at least for me...

Install c++ (2005~2010) package (x86/64) BOTH (even your system is 64 , x86 will run . and it req. x86)
Install .net versions (2~4.5) can be found @ google.

As far as I know (never had win8 myself, just heard it) win8 has some kind of .NET implented in the OS itself, but they did it pretty badly, so some kind of error will occour at the installion, though you can't run mbot properly, because of that sh*t.

Gl finding the solution, tho.

Jumaluta designed the crack @.net 4 method. Windows 8 installing .net 4.5 automatically . 4.5 has nothing to do with 4.0 version . packets are different , although when you install the 4.0 version when 4.5 already installed , windows tells you there's higher version already installed.

The crackloader.exe file is just a dll loader which injects mbotcrack.dll into mbot process at runtime.

Search for a dll inject0r somewhere on the interweb and inject it manually into mBot.

Sorry, but that's complete non-sense.

1. You don't have to use metro, but it's a nice addition if you want a simple interface and have a touch-based device.
2. It's much faster than Windows 7. Not only does it start up and shut down faster (due to a hibernation-like system), the overall performance is just better. Some performance tests:
3. I've had zero problems with application compatibility. If it doesn't work on Windows 8, it won't work on Windows 7 either. One possible exception is .Net compatibility, but you can easily fix that by installing the right version of .Net.

(Sorry for adding to the necropost.)
