aI3xx, the main page doesnt load for no one, unless u can see the chinese msg there. I get "Page Load Error" on FireFox, even on Internet Explorer...the server gives "inspection" msg when starting the luncher, so i guess ur a lucky guy to just see the msg. Its gonan be good to sometimes use the Google Translator on the msg to see if theres any change xD

So when europeans wake up tomorrow morning, it should be up unless they'r having critical hardware situation

Its basicaly if they get up at 7AM(their) time its gonna be 2AM in my country(including Greece, romania) Just look at you clock and instead of seeing 10:30PM(like me) i see 4:30AM and count till 7AM(thats 2AM my time). If it takes them 2 or 3 more hours to fix the "hardware problem" then around 9AM their time(example) they migth put the server on.
Im not sleepy and i slept the whole day bcs i was at a party last night, so I hope till 4AM(my time) the server to be online again
So basicaly yes, when we euro ppl get up in the morning we MAY have SjSro back up again, or maybe not. Depends on what the problem rly is.

3d1 - the server isnt working atm, so the web isnt working, thus the reg page too. We all are waiting for the server to be online, in around 5-6hrs. If not by then, we will have to wait a day or 2.
