The issue wqs mostly with the chipset drivers. I was even able to run gta v smoothly until thr usb 3.0 decided to malfunction due to ****** build in windows drivers

This doesnt seem very bad until you count that for a lawsuit, you need lawyers, and I say lawyerS because big companies, to carry their "big boss" theme, tend to hire several to handle a case.
Lawyers not only are expensive, they charge by time
Now multiply this case by 9000. You think Joymax, a company which main game is **** compared to they private ones and that their other game is a nerfed, watered down version of the original version(Digimon World), still has cash to pay for the lawsuit, lawyers and any other charge that comes between the trial and the lecture?

Ocean's case wasn't a lawsuit, was just a cover up.
