Why'd you go blade on cap 70? No debuffs, no damage output - you're just a little bit tankier - which you're with decent shield/glaive switching between skills regardless.

Ye bich is useless without debuffs.. I went hybrid int spear instead, 4 masteries to max gonna be insane.

Hybrid int lacks a lot of damage in cap 10~70 (arguably 80) + 110~130, full int has a lot more potential with 300 masteries (=

Yep this is the point of being blade/glaive you can tank so many players in job battles and you can still own in one versus one.
