Hello as i noticed there are only few servers files are sold for much dollars
So i searched and found them YAY:-
Let's begin:-

How to make:-

1). First of all, you need to download the Silk Road Simulator 1.9.8
2). Decompress simulator.
3). Server.exe and then run the file if prompted to find "MSWINSCK.OCX" file, please download this file then extracted to C : \ Windows \ System32 \ installation: "c: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ regsvr32.exe mswinsck.ocx" You can also find regsvr32.exe and add this to command line "mswinsck.ocx" (this will not be a)
4). You can now see a window of the server, according to the "TOOLS" menu, select the (new) to your account.

5). Now your new account ID, enter the account number and password. (PS: If you are prompted for a class of object error, please listen to the good.) EMU Silk Road in your folder, create a new "DATA" folder, below the 3 folder on the inside to: Accounts, Characters, Server, now You can create your account, all the preparatory work finished.

well it is an emulator which contains the server files and database and will run all and you don't even feel lol
