Nah euro pwns at 90, 100 , 110 caps, the most balanced ones for euro and china are 80 and 120 caps.

80-90-100 are the best and 80 isnt pointess my gosh its the best cap ever imo :/ anyway i voted for 100 cap and i think 11d-12-13d are pointless **** but that is just me....and btw there are already 11-12D pvp servers with fb items and stuff in npc so ye try adding 80 to the poll if not then 100 cap All The way!
