just keep in mind theres alot of options and servers for people to choose from
i know my suggestions are bad, but its the truth, youll get a hard time drawing players to your server
try imagining yourself in the same situation... looking for a new pserver to try out
if you came across this, with 5x rates
would you feel like its worth joining it?

well u can always ban players which made multiaccounts in the same time or with same id or emeil.

all of them made like 5--10 accounts each to buy magic pop cards and other stuff for the silk xD

Well I think that would be fair to increase rates to x10 untill 2012 for example 
And about free silks - well.. Yep, hagster got the idea

well I know situation in Lithuania,everyone just care about the money.And i know how you feel when i offered for you to give free silks for first 100 users

well they would need money to buy a host incase the server does get populated
becouse if it does itll start lagging like hell if he got it on hes home computer most likely
and its not that cheap
and who doesnt want to make some realy easy money from a pc thing? ^^

If I will start giving free silks for first 100 users, after a month lithuanian kid will say "I DIDN'T RECEIVE FREE SILKS, AND OTHERS DID, I DEMAND FREE SYLKZ!!!"

well if you are planning to make the server, you must have money for host or etc.Its not our problems.

you know you hire them right? and not just pay 100-600$ once for a permanent host?
it costs alot monthly

I never ignore my players if they need support, I don't care how old they are - they need support, and I will give it. But I'm not Santa Claus, anyway...

Theres a lot of 80 cap servers to compete with, Fantasy SRO 80 cap is one, and I really like that server, it has a lot more players now, yesterday it had like 120-130 players on at one time. And a lot of people have like full sun already and I doubt anyone would leave for the same thing except with lower rates...
I think you should consider doing something different like 90 cap or something like that.
