Like i said before, chernobyl is just an attentionwhore.
He wants to get as many thanks as possible by making more than on thread and replying that "they will be released soon".(People do thank him for this sentence; don't ask me why)
When he thinks that he has enough(just go and thank him more(/sarcasm)) he will release them, but I'm pretty sure that he can't get enough Thanks.
Oh and maybe you didn't notice it, but he is playing with every single one of you.
It's pretty obvious btw
