Only who have these file's dont want that anyone release because he have the file's and want create server and earn a lot off money , but if the server files is released the the dream shattered... poor.

If you meant running an actual PUBLIC server with a community etc., I'm not doing that atm but I could.

Dedicated server is around 1k€ btw. And host it on your home computer is not a good plan, (which also requires an high performance PC).
I will ask the same question again, for what all of you want the files? The release will only profit the existing private servers, which will be able to update their servers. meh
