ESRO has always had the vSRO files hasn't it? It was the first server to use them I thought. (I may be wrong)

Nope, he got the taiwan sro files, not the vietnam ones.

Also, taiwan sro files have the new job system, vsro doesnt (luckily). On the FAQ they says:

"Q: Is is possible to change all server to 11d, but leave trade runs as they are right now?

A: NO"

Which means they have the job update, and they do, believe me, I was testing that server when I worked on elitesro -_-

Nope, tsro files are even more buggy, it gives C10 the first time you try to login, also some other stuff I can't remember now.
