is there any way to change ip and port without sockscap or with other program or help me install sockcap i get this error : WinExec failed: return=193

****..these chinese guys really hate us if they don't let us enter and play ^^...MHTC sould solve their problems with the server cuz ppl buy silk and sun's and i don't think they like to enter with a different ip every 2h
