LvL104 is too low to go to Roc

So today i planned to go to Roc again because its pretty good exp there. So i got ready and walked to the teleporter. After the teleporter opened i tried to port but then i got a nice message.

"Cannot transport because your level is too low."

I tried reloggin which didnt help. Like 5-7 people were still outside which had the same problem like me. I really dont get why i couldnt enter. Has Roc now a lvl restriction, because all people outside were lvl103+. Anyone experienced the same problem?

some days ago i went to Roc with a lvl 1 acc. so it might be a bug.
Try going through the other teleporter
