item mall broken?

I registerd an account with jc planet.

When i want to press ingame f10 to open the item mall, it doesnt load and says "An error has occured"

On the website i cant login it gives a JC Planet error.

same problem here too, problem started yesterday, and wait for jcplanet to fix so i can spend my silk

great to know, if you got the same problem since yesterday..
I just started yesterday with sro again and thought its my problem.
I hope for quick fix then
