where did you buy your computer? Silkroad doesnt accept the shop you bought ur pc in

you have to go back to the shop , tell them to give you a SRO code to put it in

btw its just because u have something else installed I guess =) unstall all **** about sro , and install it again

i had that on my laptop, couldnt really find the problem for it, so i didnt install it on my laptop cuz it just couldnt, wait till next major update and try again

u also might not have the newest version installer of silkroad

maybe your downlaod is corrupted,, or try to restart your pc

Download it again and run as Administrator.

Download it and look for your internet (DC or something) that's not full
