I dont see how banning an entire country will help with sro not crashing, since its your own computer thats the culprit. Also, I know a number of thieves who are complete d***s and they are not Egyptian, or Arab or Turkish for that matter. There will always be some traffic, as you find it unreasonable, but that is due to TIME ZONE DIFFERENCES all around the world. You WILL get DC if your own internet connection lags, or if the connection to the server is cut: this happens whether you are on 28.8kbps dialup or 10mbit ADSL.
So your post IS bordering on racism. And ISRO is named for a reason. It's INTERNATIONAL aka global.
