[Problem] Cant Upadte The Game

i got the v1.311 and i want to update the game now
it stuck on 50% and then gives me an error that says to try again
i have already tried again and again and again
someone knows how to fix this?

I don't know any other way to do it fast, so i think u will have to download the p2p full client.

i got this problem fixed i did reset to the modem
but now i have another problem
when i connect to my char he just cant move for a sec and then he can but after i kill mob or taking what it droped i cant move again for few seconds and again like this
