Too Many DC from the Server after v1.303 Update

Hey guys!
I downloaded the update patch for the 1.303 and now i click start > i log in to my acc > i select a char > no problems yet > then i enter in the game with 0/0 HP and MP

With my skills, sps and xp normal but i cant move, then 10 seconds after entering in game i get a DC.

I check Rev6.com Server capacity and theres players playing... so whats the problem?
