yes .. here's how you can use it
1- install the game normally
2- simply extract the file attached with this post in your silkroad folder
3- run tbot .. and run the game .. log-in and start boting
4- press alt+tab to view your opened folder once again .. then run the file loader.exe
5- log-in with another silkroad account .. xD
