Could somebody make a tutorial for chainging the Media.pk2 for rSRO with the pk2 tools? (tried over 10 times, i cant get it to work)

well, the media isnt set for Russian letters, so it wont let me make a new char either, first make char, then replace the media, too bad i didnt save the offical media -.-
