Green Book is fake. I have CID set-up on year 1966 and I still have this "buff" with english sro_client. If I run with original chinese sro_client there is no Green Book.
The green book only shows you that you have a modificated sro_client... dunno if the gms like that
maybe you should only use english media.pk2 and no modificated sro_client...
got my doubts bout that
my chars with child cid got it, tho using a legit client.
the ones with adult cid dont even have it when using bot+modifier+media.pk2 edit.
Children CID got a time block per day for getting exp, to keep them away after a certain time from sticking to much into Silkroad and getting addicted.
