way to delete it:

Backdoor.Win32.VB.vh Removal Instructions
Kill the following processes
csrss.exe, csrss.exe
Delete these registry entries
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\curr entversion\run\nav
Remove the following files
csrss.exe in c:\??\c:\windows\system32\
csrss.exe in Windows\system32\dll\

If you dont trust me dont do it.
