I've tested it with the English Language, then i Changed to USA English, after that i changed back to german, cause nothing works as it should be.

I checked my Database if this account is really a gm account, and it was.
After that i tried to change the language ingame, even if the main language of this computer was changed to usa english.

if i try to press shift~ with the german key a * appears, with usa a } appears, the same happens with the "normal" english language, and yeah, ur post sounds a little ******, so i answered this way

And data from your computer and database.
You will not have error...

remembering that you will need the files (Microsoft.NET Framework 4) and (MSCOMCTL.OCX Library File) to run the. (GameServer) and (LoginServer).

use the version
SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP3

You must do the following:
1. Click start>run> and write 'cmd'
2. Then, you must copy the files in your database (Server Database)
3. Create a folder on desktop called 'database' and paste the files in it
4. Go back to command prompt and write: cd desktop\database
(This will change your directory)
So it will look something like this: C:\Users\PC\Desktop\Database>
5. Now write in cmd: copy *sql mydatabase.sql

Note:
This is your 'silk.sql' file **The creators changed it so the database can have any name. The file will be in your database folder (in desktop) and it will be called mydatabase.sql
