Is it possible to modify it to work with iSro? Also is there any tutorial for that? I want to make it work with iSro since there is no free bot.

And no one will create one for especially this old sources..

Try these search-terms in this coding-section:

analyze packets
sniff packets
packet documentation
parse opcodes

With some luck you only need to update the opcodes..
