Disconnect every 10-20min

Hi, is there any solution to stop this annoying DC's? Every time when i'm in game i've got dc after 10-20 mins of playing. Silkroad, serv Hestia.

Do you have VIP Silver, Gold, Platin, VIP or Premium Plus?
If not that might be the reason. Joymax/JCPlanet will disconnect players who do not have these in order to make room for other players.

You have these and still get a lot of DCs check your network settings. Try restarting your router and stuff like that.

I dont have any premium, VIP etc. That's sad Joymax care only about players who have prem. Long time ago when was playing silk was the same, goldfarms everywhere and full servs but at least when you finally log in, serv dont kick you every few mins ;/
Was checking my internet and router settings, everything seems fine, so it must be reason that you said at first place, premium.
I hope it will change and ppl without prem will be able to play this game normally.

Joymax will not change that.
These types of disconnects, for people who do not have VIP >Silver or Premium+, happen since a few years. Won't change until the servers become empty. Even then Joymax/JCP will find a way to make the server look full (by reducing the server slots).

I hardly doubt they will ever take this step, more like they would consider adding ghost users.

Why should they add ghost users if they want to make it harder to connect to the server?
They reduced the server slots in the past as well. No one really knows how many server slots they have atm. Maybe 1000. Or maxbe even less. But clearly not 3500 like 1000 years ago.
