Its almost the same, just tSro is more popular at the moment. There are only few different things like you get SOS till 6D on tSro and so on ..

Today i loged in to Csro and i see this:
Roc is spawned in this moment in server iuN'/-eiO (Somthing like this) div2

I would say Tsro. more english speaking members and has more support in terms of multiclient and other tools which will soon come.
but in terms of difference. Tsro and Csro are near enough the same.
Also every so often GM's do events at Tsro

Tsro is better. why?
1. You can logg in on the first try
2. no lagg
3. Free sos weapon 'till 6D
4. 3 100% exp scrolls each 10th lvl(10-20 etc)
5. Many english speaking players.
6. good and active gm's.
7. Nice events.

GM's at CSRO does boss spwan events everyday. Yesterday while i was playing they spawned Medusa at Jagan.
