Help With Pure Int Build

Hi i need help with my Pure int build i'm lvl 67 and i'm pure int i put all my stats points in int at this time i'm holding an sword and a shield and i'm wearing armor my skills are:

Bicheon lvl 30

Cold lvl 56

Light lvl 64

Fire lvl 64

Force lvl 30

heuksal lvl 20

my mastery lvl total is 264/300

A Friend Told me that my build is bad cuz of the mastery lvl total so what i should do?

remove force skills it's wothless...Then remove bitcheon and lvl up heukusal...after that rise ice master till lvl 60 and dont lvl up it no more.for imbue use only fire skill dlvl your thunder force series if you have...And use spear.
That's is only my oppinion... gl

Bicheon 30

Cold 90

Light 90

Fire 90

you will have low hp but this your choise..

My opinion about this build:
Lightning 90 < amazing for magic attack/buffs, grasswalk, nuke.
Ice 90 < going to need this one for the defense.
Bicheon 90 < also adds in attack.
The rest is just a dump, though I dont know for sure if they will raise the mastery cap @ lvl100, I would just keep these 30 skill levels unoccupied. just in case.
