Softmode problem

Hi guys i have a problem with softmode its speak wtih te npcs in the town but dont want to buy hp and mp pots, well its open the window but i need to click buy mp hp pots to buy it. anyone can help me plz?

1. download the latest isro bot
2. Turn of your FireWall
3. If you are using GrayFox NODC client delete it and use the original one
4. If any of these don't help reinstal Silkroad
5. And if that don't help try with System Restor (it helped me)
6. If you are using NoD32 turn it off <-- Important one
7. Happy botting

Make sure that your game resolution is correct. I don't use isro and i forgot wchich resolution should be, try 1024x768 or 1280x1024
