Is your connection stable?
If it is unstable, it is normal, wait 10 - 15 mins until it work.

umm.nice? This is pointless kinda though, press WinKey+R or Start>Run then type "ping -t -l 65000 128.95.122.72" without the quotes and viola...you're lagging. or in this case 79.140.49.66 as they have it o.O
